The purpose of this blog is not "beautiful photos" nor "ancestor photos," it is to share my "personal life"...in photos. Because "My Heritage is happening"... Hope you enjoy!

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the number of moments that take our breathe away anonymous

Final Posts From Ketchikan, Alaska

A few left over photos...
The map of Ketchikan, not very big is it?

Of course we had to visit the Harley Davidson Store! The bottom of the sign blurred...

...luckily I took a separate photo of that sign.

The moose below reminded me of the time my husband almost hit a moose and then baby moose while we were riding our Harley's in Idaho. This one is cuter.

Last but not least ~

Eagles on Duck Tour Juneau, Alaska

The tour tour has gone to the water.

We see our first eagle!

Now there are two eagles, one is flying away.

Seeing our first seaplane.

Can't beat the majesty of an eagle...

Tree City USA in Juneau, Alaska

4 Years
Tree City USA
Arbor Day Foundation

(Certification has been granted for 4 years ~ You can read more about this here.)

Everything is soooo green...

Of course, I love it because there is a pond!
I love water, but not rain.

...and a fountain...

Well, no wonder things are so green, saw this sign as we were leaving...

All photos here were taken from the Duck Tour Bus that I mentioned previously.

Rather Gloomy in Ketchikan

On the Duck Tour heading out of the dock and shopping area...

See you later Shopping Capitol! See you later rainy weather, we

are leaving you for awhile starting...

NOW!

Right around the corner we happen upon...

Yep, Married Man's Trail!

Where we see a beautiful, calm river...

...which roars on the other side.

Did you notice the "Fish Ladder above?" Tough to miss it, right?

Thi water is moving!

What Trail

Rainy Ketchikan

After disembarking our ship, this is the brightest thing you see!

Photo of the back of the Grand Princess, dark and rainy.

We decided to take the Ketchikan Duck Tour, being it was inside and dry.

This is our bubbly tour guide. She really was bubbly, and a great tour guide!

Needs no words below, right?
